- IGRT Immobilization/Localization Systems Test
- Anonymized Patient Spreadsheet to be submitted with the Anonymized IGRT credentialing data, and the first registered patient's IGRT case data. See Section 5.0 of the Protocol. (updated 6/27/2011)

PLEASE NOTE: As of 12/19/2013, this protocol has been amended to require treatment planning data submission via the TRIAD system. Cases with case numbers above 24 are to be submitted via TRIAD at RTOG HQ. Please see section 12.2 of the protocol for information on TRIAD.
